I worked on The Helm, a San Francisco-based tattoo shop’s, website redesign which aimed to captured the energy of the studio and its artists and streamline their booking process.

Working closely with The Helm’s founder, we brought her vision of a vintage Miami aesthetic to life. We drew directly from the shop’s in-store vibe to inform and expand upon the site’s color palette, typography, and overall visual tone.The site was a tailored experience for each of the shop’s seven artists. We collaborated individually with each artist to design custom profile pages that showcased their portfolios, styles, and booking information. I also implemented a scheduling system that made it easy for clients to book appointments and stay connected.

While the site is no longer live due to Katie’s exciting next chapter, I continue to support her creative ventures as she builds her next business.
